State of Brewing Shuteye Peak Pale Ale from Aldi. APA for under $14 a 12 pack. Run of the mill Chinook and Fuggles tasting pale, it's as resinous as an IPA, but very enjoyable.

Killer batch of Mortalis and Prison City collab Whams Above Whams Below. Crazy creamy, perfect blending of coffee, toasted coconut, and vanilla. Mouthfeel is really sublime. If they release a BA version of this, I would buy many. It’s been quite a few years since they did.

 

I like the Aldi plain pie and we add shrooms or some other veggies along with arugula at the finish. My issue is the pie is so large it has to run up the back of the over a bit since I only have a 24” oven. Always a great easy grab on a busy late night I can’t cook.
