    Blackjack the noughties formed Craft beer company with a real ale twist collab with
    Kelham Island, the nineties formed Real ale brewery with a craft twist
    the tune that would holistically represent this is Andrew WK's party hard
    but that musical reference has to be acknowledged lol

    ...I basically always win now, regardless of the playing level...it is interesting how one's betting strategies change depending on how many players are involved and how much money one has...I find it more interesting in learning to sit back and relax when the cards aren't falling my way, bet conservatively with a few planned wild-ass bets with no cards just to throw my computer opponents off when I have plenty of money to burn and go in for the kill when I have what I call two hidden pairs (my two hold cards pair up with two of the showing cards)...some games...Texas Hold 'Em and Sudoku are the extent of my video gaming interests...

    Well, I was considering a DFH brew earlier.

    The @chrisjws posted about visiting an east coast brewery, where I bought this beer (although I think we actually bought this at the OG location).

    Then a little personal celebration by a consistent poster here tipped the scales towards cracking this Palo Santo open...

    We asked when we purchased this, considering I was pretty sure the original tanks had been torn down, how this was made. And the DFH team member that answer did indicate they were using wood chips or staves to age these newer releases of Palo Santo.

    It doesn't seem as rich in feel as I recall, even a tad effervescent, perhaps; possibly related, the linger is much shorter now than my previous self thought (I stay in constant conversation with him). But it is also still pretty damn good.

    Edit: Rory's group at 12 was some great golf - haven't seen a collection of shots so close in 2 rounds

    ...per the interweb, a full cord of oak weighs roughly 4K pounds...I figure between picking up and loading all the wood into my wheel barrow, pushing the 25 or so loads to the back to dump, and then picking the wood up to stack, I likely moved around 8K to 9K pounds of wood the other day...needless to say, the beer and bourbon tasted fine...what I was amazed at, I had no old-man aches or pains from moving all that wood. that evening, the next day, or the following day...beer and booze do work medicinal magic at times :grin:...

    ...should have a chimney sweep out this coming week...like you, this guy didn't charge one time when he came out and didn't see any significant build-up...I greatly respect and support honest and fair businesses...
