There is a fantastic one in Vancouver. It's called Threefold and it houses Temporal Artisan Ales (BA barleywines and stouts), Slow Hand (more German style beers), and Boombox (IPAs mostly). Wonderful idea, and great pizza. Wish there were more of these. Of course, rent in Vancouver is insane, so it makes total sense. Also provides the variety.

I'm a big fan of brewpubs/taprooms having guest drafts from other local breweries for styles that they don't brew. Say I prefer the pub-like ambience at brewery X in the city, but they don't make Belgians like brewery Y does out in the exurbs with a faux-farm vibe, so they have something from them on as a guest tap. Works out for both breweries.

Sharing an industrial space (which I don't really think anyone actually likes at this point), where all three breweries put a focus on hoppy beers doesn't really seem like a symbiotic relationship.

Back in 1998 when I started collecting beer container labels (back then it was only bottle labels), I quickly found out I needed a way to track what labels I had in my collection. That led to me creating an Excel spreadsheet to track the labels. 28 years later I still maintain the Excel spreadsheet which has gotten quite large with over 4,000 different beers. It serves now more as a historical document - lots of the beers in the spreadsheet are either no longer brewed - Bert Grant's beers (and more recently Rogue Ales) or are not longer available in Pittsburgh.

Thanks. Will have to check this out. Had a New France beer, but have not sampled beers from the other two breweries.

I had only had the IPA from New France in the past. It was solid, but nothing otherworldly. Seems to be on draught all around town.

Also had the ESB from Abstract Realm that they brew for The Pitch on Butler. REALLY solid beer that approximates Fullers, if you're into that kind of thing. They, very unfortunately, did not have it on tap at Hazelwood.

I think you'll have a good time there. Anxious to hear what you think.

Yep, was at Hazelwood few weeks back, glad I checked it out. Good factory like space n multiple breweries to taste. Rooftop was nice place to hangout. I’d recommend it to others. My small gripe was walking up all the stairs to the taprooms, missed where the elevator was, hah.

Seconded, the diversity in focus of the 3 breweries (who happen to be among the best in the city) makes this a great concept. Three IPA houses would not work nearly as well.

There used to be a place like that here in Spokane, called Steel Barrel. It was a nano brewery incubator. Several tiny breweries would share brewing space and their beers would all be in the same tap room, along with numerous guest taps, with the hope that eventually the brewery owners would move on to establish their own brick and mortar breweries. Sadly, not only has it closed, but all but one brewery it birthed that moved onto opening their own place has closed as well (post-Covid rent issues in every case)
