Have a good Hump Day. Great start @ChicagoJ , I saw you and @Shanex have been passing the baton around lately. P tried to make me start it, but I was too busy being spaced out about an amazing nonfiction book.

I slept all day yesterday. I accidentally cut myself on the dumpster 2 days ago throwing out the trash, and thought I was having symptoms of tetanus(tense muscle pains), but I am feeling better today. I slept all day yesterday after a long night of watching youtube and the past 2 days I have been using my D5100 a lot to take pictures of our babies. All the kittens are comfortable downstairs now, but Graycyn and Spearmint like my Wife's PC chair tonight. As I am posting this Roxy is yelling because she wants to play fetch Less than 1 week to the spay, then she will be less loud

I found the other 3: Misty(Gray tabby-ish), Midnight(Black), and Skittles(Brown Tabby) on the couch downstairs, no surprise there. All cats in the house love that couch and the afghan blankets! I got that couch in Michigan at Value City in 2011 in another career life, and I still have it. Gotta sew up some of the broken seams on there though. Julia has all the sewing supplies as you would expect. Skittles mid yawn turned demon lol


I am finishing up The Origins Of Totalitarianism by Hannah Arendt this morning, the last 2/3rds I started 2 days ago, while I vape and smoke a bit while watching those mewborn rascals. 4.75/5. Certified classic, I was enthralled with it right off the bat. The audiobook appears to be the 3rd edition as the updated preface was dated 1966. Just amazing insights into the rise of nationalism due to class wars and imperialism starting from the 18th century. Deep look on the history of the "bourgeoisie". Also goes into the dangers of a Two Party system, Bureaucracy, and Oligarchy. It tries to explain how totalitarianism is a "sideless ideology", Nothing is black and white. Extremely readable. I might upgrade it to 5, because damn! I am already past 90 books this year.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA from the Mix 12 pack I got last weekend. Tasting classic, juicy, dank, and earthy hops balanced by a toasted malt backbone. Canned 2/16/26. Respect to the pioneers of craft beer. Nobody wants BB dates. (New Belgium does it too, but also has a production date code, so that's ok). I need to buy them more often. Mills River distro has fresh beer all the time on the shelf.
