Tree House King Julius 12oz to start things off here. 2 weeks old right now and drinking great, the epitome of Citra with notes of ripe mango, pineapple, peach, orange citrus, grapefruit, lime, hints of berry, subtle lychee, mild caramelized bready malt, and some earthy floral dank pine. Finished my book and went to the smoke shop. They had BOGO flower on the $40 eighth's which were Lavender Lemonade(35%) and Apple Fritter(32.25%). Been a crazy morning watching all of these cats. I got the 192kHz Optical to analog DAC in the mail yesterday so my budget home theater setup is complete. Have to manually adjust the volume, old Logitech Z-2300 still work great after 19 years. Just plug the DAC into the TV usb port for power and it works great. 120W subwoofer, 200W total 2.1 setup.



3 Sheeps Garden Variety Chaos. Got this from someone when I went to the @GreenBayBA meetup last year. Nobody added it to the database yet? Canned 7/2/2025. Great fluffy head retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aromas of big grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, peach, pear, red apple, mango, melon, passion fruit, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and light yeast earthiness. Taste follows with big grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, peach, pear, red apple, mango, melon, passion fruit, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and light yeast earthiness. Light-medium pine, citrus rind, herbal, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; balanced bready/grainy malts, and sticky/resinous hops in the mouthfeel. Lingering hop resin dryness after the finish with no hop astringency. Very smooth drinking and well done hazy for the style. A little bit of hop drop off, but still a great balance of juicy, dank, and earthy hop character of Cashmere, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. Minimal complaints. 4/5
