Tree House Very Green today. First time with this and it’s really great, pretty refreshing with notes of candied passionfruit, yellow mango, diced pineapples, peach, lemon lime, grapefruity orange citrus, a hint of caramelized bready malt, and dank floral earthy herbal grassy woodsy pine. Galaxy hops at their finest I think. Cheers all!

 

Busy day running errands a.m. and p.m. Amish meatloaf recipe has been prepped, potatoes cut and ready for the simmer and mash. Time for a beer. This one is hitting the spot.

Way past time for a trip to the dark side. Never owned a light saber. May the 4orce.

 

Super solid juicy New Zealand IPA with Nectaron and Nelson. Lots of juicy orange, some slight vanilla, backed by subtle dank and diesel notes, a hint of sweet white grape. Like the cotton candy green ones at Stater Bros.

Really nice stuff made by absolute titans in the local brewing scene. Hot take, still not as good as OG Nelson from Alpine but that might just be nostalgia-goggles.

Canned on 4/17, holding up awesome.

I think my last one of the day, back at the hotel. Basl IPA from Malbygg … honestly, not my favorite. It’s 9pm now and I gotta be up for a 4am pickup to go to the airport (boooo … Icelandair moved our flight 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled ). So tomorrow’s gonna be rough.

Tree House - California Dreaming WCIPA now, brewed with Cascade, Mosaic and Strata hops. I'm getting notes of tropical passionfruit, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruity orange citrus, lemon, mixed berries, strawberry preserves, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry jam, caramel malt, toffee, slight butterscotch, with dank resinous earthy herbal grassy floral pine. Pretty interesting hop combo on this one. Cheers!
