Looks like it may be a nice day today - once it dries up I figure on mowing some grass. Today's Breakfast Beer (Hardly a New choice):



Still a bit bitter - they just don't make hops like they did formerly, and you kids git off my lawn!

Lunch prep beer is a RAR Tropical Pulp IPA. Finally getting some much needed rain after the drought.

 

Chores today. A beautiful Tuesday here after overnight T storms that kept waking my ass up every hour or so. At least we got rain. As predicted, I paid Chet's Liquors a visit before a band rehearsal last night and picked up a few items. Their selection this time was a little bit Hazy-heavy but I did manage to find some tasty looking new-ish beers and a couple of tried 'n true lighter brews and was surprised to see very few Pilsners and or summer brews. Maybe they got cleaned out over the wknd. At any rate, when the checkout girl asked me if I needed a bag or a box I replied: "Nah. I'm married."

Tree House - JJJuliusss to start the afternoon here. Real great beer, super hoppy and juicy with all the right refreshing Citra hop notes with a touch of toasty caramelized bready malt and that signature juicy fruit bubblegum yeasty character. Big stone fruit peach flavor, ripe mango, melons, pineapple, orange citrus, grapefruit, lime, and dank pine. Cheers everyone!

 

Across the road from Cloudwater is Track Brewing. This is Quiet Groove pale ale … solid!
