    Cross post with the Cellar Review thread, which my take can be found via this link or my OG review linked below. Bottom line, I went from not enjoying fresh to enjoying both six months later and then again, nearly 2 1/4 years after canning.

    If I find time between gardening and the evening Sox game, I might try to stop at Goose Island Salt Shed for the Goose Island Anniversary, the first Chicago Craft brewery I first fully explored.

    I spent many nights at this airport back in my college days. Too bad I didn't drink back then and missed out on goodies such as this (assuming these were being offered in the ancient times I frequented it).

    Good day BAs! Thanks @ChicagoJ for opening the bar! I thought On and On Part 3 was excellent, probably my highest-rated Revolution brew to date - a can from 2024.

    Today's breakfast beer, (after mowing two lawns yesterday before the rain moved in, followed by 10 hours of exhausted sleep):

    Happy hump day off ba. A bit overcast to start for a rather lazy day off. A few to do’s and grocery/beer run.

    Into it w/ Dusted, ddh iipa (citra, motueka, galaxy & cryo-citra, mosaic, cashmere, simcoe), Other half.
    This one always sounds really good but honestly it’s a bit of a let down. Decent stone fruit notes w/ peach, plum, & melon but overall the flavors are kinda meh,

    Infinite Haze from Tree House today, a huge 10.7% abv Quadruple IPA version of Haze. Tasting even better this week for me with more vivid hop notes sitting on top of the sweet light toasty caramelized bready malts. I've been picking up a blackberry/dark berry note in this and Very Hazy which is probably my new favorite hop character. Don't think I've experienced such a great flavor extraction out of Simcoe hops in a hazy IPA like these beers before. Super delicious imo. Cheers all!
