My wyfe is in Sioux Falls until Thurs eve so I'd better oil the hinges on my beer fridge...or build a walk-in cooler.
Carlsberg Pilsner (these beers are refreshing all the sudden) with Jarlsberg, triple cream, Colby, double smoked summer sausage and of the mustards, the 2 on the right are the winners, esp the whiter one. Another beautiful weather day here. Getting started early like a bachelor should! and I gotta convince my lady that two coolers are needed for the video call live So Dak beer haul she has offered to undertake as a part of her visit. Anyway, I've a new to me HIPA I'd like to get to a bit later. Cheers!
