I cooked this steak sous vide style with Jamaican jerk seasoning, bought in Jamaica. The beer came to me thanks to @MonDak_Joe1953 . Both totally delicious.

 

Last Minute Brewing - Always Give NEIPA featuring all Nelson Sauvin hops. Delicious and dank for a Nelson brew

 

Anderson Valley BBA Salted Caramel Imperial Porter, 9.5% ABV. Pours brownish black with a 2.61 finger beige head that left very little lacing. Aroma is bourbon and caramel. Taste is caramel and salt, some bourbon, faintly sweet, slightly bitter. Decent mouthfeel, overall very goodish.

OK, my bad. A few months ago, desperate for something to review, I picked up a number of stouts/porters I usually wouldn't. They've been haunting my fridge ever since, but I'm clearing some space for better beers. Barrel-aged a whole six months. Doesn't totally suck, just unremarkable.

Good afternoon BAs! Steady rain all morning/afternoon so we holed up in the RV and read…rain is light now so we have ventured out to brewery #43 in 41 days - Last Chance Cider (Red Lodge Ales):



Had a sample of the WCIPA, now drinking their NEIPA - “Enjoy The Ride”. Barely a hazy lite, certainly not a NEIPA in appearance or mouthfeel. One and done here…Cheers from Billings MT, y’all!

 

My first Blackstack brew - good stuff.
