But, relatively recently I went do a rabbit hole of watching old Dick Cavett shows...and this one with Miles and Nick Cage is well you have to see it to believe it ha. I think Miles was doing all he could to not punch Nick ha.

Second and final beer of the night for me. Never had this one either. @zid I like it a great deal. There’s a tiny hint of band-aid taste that I’m not into, but it’s not distracting. The smoke shines, which is what I was hoping for. Good stuff.

Edit….I’m a half dozen sips in and the band aid thing seemed to have gone away. Not sure what that was, maybe my taste buds just adjusted? I dunno. But I’m enjoying it even more now.

 

Very to go back to the store for a three-month-old D-IPA (last 4-pk they had) - this shah is still holding up.



Grill fired up and listening to some new U2 stuff (new to me), surprised how the Edge is so subdued with his typical heavy reverb and delay. Pretty stripped down for this ambient guitar genius!

#2, I picked this up at the brewery last October. The berry flavors really shine.

 

We were at my brother’s wedding and painfully was ten minutes from Oakflower Brewery but never made it. Fun New Jersey wedding complete with Guinness on tap and a late night singalong to Thunder Road, with the bride and groom participating. Another wedding back east next weekend though without the gnome who is representing us at a nephew’s graduation and send off to the military. I regret missing that party, but such is life. Cheers.

 

This beer currently sits at the top of my rotation. Real Ale has been making money off me lately.
