Decided to give my palate a break from my usual fare of barleywines, DIPAs, and stouts (Oh my) - instead having something watery and nearly tasteless:

Happy hump day off ba. Another beauty of a spring day here- although it’s June. Looking like a lazy one which works just fine for me.

Up and at it w/ Alter ego, ipa (mosaic/amarillo), tree house. Billed as some sort of cane/abel thing w/ Julius. Soft and easy drinking. Not my favorite th offering but decent enough,

 

Perihelion Nelson Bliss at Gravity Brewing in Budapest. I try to work in a visit here whenever I’m in town. Hazy DIPA and it’s delicious!

Next up at Gravity is Red Shift rye red ale. Just a real interesting beer; I think my highest rated amber on the site.

Nevermind "West Coast Pilsners", here is an "Alsatian Pilsner". Says so right on the can. It does use Alsatian hops.

Local boys Devo are playing The Akron Civic Theatre here tonight - their "Mutate, Don't Stagnate" tour! Last saw them there at the beautiful downtown theatre in 2008, with other locals The Black Keys and Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders)....good times!

Hey gang. I'm quaffing this Jefferson Beer Supply Pert Near Hazy IPA
It's a very light bodied and delicate tasting hazy. It's name is very fitting.



Built a cage for my leeks from leftover wood from my basement room remod. Gotta put the screen on it. Just lift it in/out. It will be multi purpose. Cheers!

Have a good Hump Day. I was up early around 8AM and went to the library to print out some resumes since my wife's printer is crap and it won't let you reuse ink carts with a refill kit, which I did last night with a torch and a paperclip, and sealed with with a melted drinking straw. Kit was only $12 on amazon.

There was a mini job fair at the DoubleTree so I dressed up a bit and gave out some information. Also set up a dentist appointment for tomorrow since I am on my wife's insurance now. I haven't gone in years. I have a bad tartar problem, need the sonic needle thing done real bad.

29% through Oscar Wars by Michael Schulman: 4/5 Great history of Hollywood starting from 1927. Easy to listen to, 21 hours/600 pages.

Good morning BAdvocates. Drinking a Pumptrack Hazy by Fox Mountain Brewing on this absolutely beautiful Wednesday. 54 degrees and sunny here right now. Unfortunately knocked my opened can over and spilt a ton right onto this cheap-ass blow dryer I had to purchase to use as a makeshift heat gun. Also running dangerously low on plasticware in my camping trailer
