2019 Bigfoot. This is one of the great vintages to age. This turned out super malty. Notes of caramel, pine, grass, and leather. The bitterness has definitely eased off with age.

Revolution Mineshaft Gap 2026 Cognac BA Imperial American Barleywine, 12.8% ABV. Pours thick and dark brown with a 1.57 finger beige head that left great lacing. Aroma is wine, dark fruit, caramel, and oak. Taste follows, plus brandy, moderately sweet, slightly bitter. Nice smooth mouthfeel, leaves sticky lips, overall outstanding.

I didn't expect to like this, since it's an American Barleywine which I usually find too bitter.

Revolution XV American Strong, 13.5% ABV. Cuvée of of extended-aged double-barrel Straight Jacket and Ryeway to Heaven. Pours dark brown, with a one-finger beige head that evolved into a ring of foam. Aroma is cherry and vanilla. Taste is cherry, vanilla, bourbon, oak, and spice, moderately sweet, slightly bitter, no cherry tartness, no bourbon burn. Moderately thick, and smooth. Overall world-class. Incredible natural cherry taste.

Most cherry beers fail by being too tart or artificial. This one nails the cherry taste and the barreling.
