Do the flavored/fruit IPA's use Jai Alai as the base? Of course, white oak does, but what about the Peach IPA that is currently on tap? In the past year, I've had the Big Apple IPA, and Apple Cinnamon IPA, both which were awesome. I was just curious what the base IPA was. For some reason, I remember in the past, some of the fruit IPA's had Jai Alai in the name.

Great question! It is my understanding that Jai Alai is the base IPA for all of those releases, but this is merely hearsay. If someone could confirm that would be great. I have always been curious as well

I know the bartender on hand yesterday did indeed explain it as Jai Alai with Peach, so only going by his explanation I'd guess so.

I was there Saturday night and it was explained the exact same way to me.

almost every one of them are Jai Alai base. if it's 7.5% ABV then that confirms it.
