To make up the $4? A BCBS to go along with the glass? If that's the make or break that's fine with me. I figure the bottles were limit 4 at $15 and the glasses were limit 2 at $11 so they're in the same ballpark.
But in the argument about $4$ he said that the glass justifies a higher price because it is a 2 glass limit vs. 4 bottle limit. That argument is fallacious as Atone pointed out...since the glasses will be avail again in march and maybe even more after that....who knows. No doubt there is someone out there that would be thrilled to make this trade straight up...but if the OP really is a stickler for $4$ or is trying to build a case on the glasses being more rare than 15 he is blinded by the "my stuff is more rare than your stuff" mentality that is rampant here. Either way...atone's razz is both funny and valid.
First of all, where in this thread did I ever say anything about insisting on $4$? Because I can't seem to find it. This is the second time you've called me a "stickler" for $4$. You're the one who first suggested $4$ in this thread. So I said if that's important to someone, I'd throw-in a BCBS to make up the few bucks. I never suggested that the glass should be "worth" more because the limit was 2 vs 4. I simply said that the two items had a similar price and both had a limit, and were therefore in the same ballpark in my mind. Seems fairly realistic to me. Quote where I said the glass is "worth" more, please. Because you claim I'm blinded by this, and I think you're just having a difficult time reading.
Well, when you said 4 @$15 v. 2@$11, your inference was pretty clear. This shit with glasses has gotten real though. Some friends of mine don't understand the whole beer thing. Try explaining the glass thing where people chase glassware and all some of them have is words on the glass and no cool picture etching.
I responded to the $4$ issue when mishuggah brought it up. My original post said nothing about $4$ or value of anything. And I misspoke saying that gpawned called me a stickler the first time - that was mishuggah. Where did that come from anyways?

I realize that you have been on this site for less than a year (I'm sure you trolled before that, so it is unnecessary for you to point that out) but you need to turn your sarcasm meter on when you log onto BA. BeerBob26 is hardly a troll, as you're suggesting. He's a stand-up BA and a generous trader as well. As I initially posted: "I have one extra BCBS snifter and I'd love a bottle of Fifteen. Preference to IP Chicago."
