Havent heard anything from JK, but neither El Cedro nor Ol Oi! have TABC label approval yet, so it might be a little bit.

We are going to get a lot more of it in the near future.

    Patience my friend.

Brandon is just freaking awesome in regards to getting JK stuff early as hell

Thanks for your kind words. The pattern we've settled into is brewing 60 bbls of Black Metal every quarter and sending about 20 bbls of the batch to oak for aging and souring. I think it's pretty accurate to say we've put about 80 bbls of Funk Metal into oak barrels so far and released about 30 bbls of it. We'd love to be able to send more Funk Metal to oak for aging, but at this point, we're really constrained by space in our barrel room. A goal of ours this year is to build more temperature controlled space for oak aging and fermentation.

I think my wife is getting jealous of the way I look at this beer. Sporting the t-shirt at work today like a nerd. I wish I could freeze Funk Metal into ice blocks and skate on it and then melt it in the spring and drink it!

More RU-55 and Boxers Revenge hit a place in Houston. If you're a regular you'll see it, owner asked me not to state the store name he wants his regulars to get a bottle when they see it on the shelf. New bottle caps look good too.
