Hows the brewery build out coming? Fill us all in on the timeline for when we can expect to be drinking your beer from a bottle!

    You got it Ryan!

We are seriously getting annoyed at our equipment manufacture because they have missed deadlines I thought they would have made.

Our brewery area is now complete and just waiting for our new 4 vessel brew house and tank farm, which is still in Europe being built and now pushing us to March (another deadline to be missed? I hope not) on that side. However, we do not need our new system to bottle. Once we have our filler we can bottle from our existing brewery, if we have enough beer.

On a plus, the TTB approved our Naughty Temple label so I plan on hand bottling 60 cases of that (22 oz waxed bombers) because it is ready! Over 16 months average barrel time, it is fantastic. We started with 6 barrels, and will use the top 3 for the bottled blend. We will also have one 1/2 bbl of that blend on tap in our tasting room the same day I announce the bottles have been finished and are waiting for you. We will be sending around 40 cases into our loyal accounts (2 cases per account) and will sell it at our taproom brewery as well.

Our tasting room and offices are not finished yet, and should be within about 45 days or so.

So, you should be able to be drinking pseudoSue from our new filler any where from 60 - 120 days from now if all goes well and timelines are met.

Thanks for your continued patience with us. We are figuring this out one IPA at a time!

    Cheers!

    Are those pre-orderable like Asassin?

    No pre-orders, sorry!

I'll be moving NT from the barrels shortly, Clark will hand fill them, and I'll hand wax them. Gonna be a hell of a time!

    Cheers,
    Mike

    Mike,

How would I pre-order Assassin, and when is the release date, or anticipated release date? Have to get my priorities in line, beer first of course.

They have done it before via a post on their site, IIRC. http://www.tgbrews.com/site/

Although, I read that as no more pre-orders for anything

We did pre-orders last year. We're not going to do the same thing this year.

Our bottle filler is supposed to show up next week and we plan on running Assassin through there as soon as we have it running smoothly. More details on release will be coming soon!
