Best US Brewery?

    Smuttynose can go beer for beer with any US brewer and kick them all square in the pants.

    Honorable mentions to Sierra, Deschutes, and Brooklyn.

    I would also vote for Founders.

    Bell's, FFF, Dark Horse, Goose Island, Shorts, and Kuhnhenn would all be front runners for me as well.

    I constantly hear good things about New Glarus. I recently tried their cran-lambic... don't see any of there stuff around NC.

    So many phenomenal ones...RR, HF, Bell's, Alchemist, Founders (edit...and NG)...but I vote for FFF.

    And you never will. They make beer ONLY for wisconsin. No distribution outside the state. One of the biggest breweries too :slight_smile:

    I just wish I could get fresh Big A around here.

    My vote goes to Hill Farmstead anyway. Maybe if I lived in California I'd vote Russian River instead; who knows...
