Brandy BA Dark Lord bottle exploded

    Have drank this beer a couple times, and it is quite good. What is not quite good is the fact I came home to find that a bottle it had exploded. I drank what I could salvage (after straining for broken glass). Didn't taste infected.

    Just a word of warning out there to people.

    Edit: I maintain a climate controlled cellar that houses my beer along with my wine collection.

    I remember reading a post about this happening at DLD '11. A guy placed it in his car and came back to an exploded bottle later that day.

    Had a bottle of Stone OG explode on me. Only time I've ever had something like that happen.

    This is a true and weird story. I left beer by the windowsill. The glass was exploded, shattered. No trace of liquid anywhere. Months later, i find beer all over my wall in the closet (where i store my beer -- it is no where near the window). No shattered bottles. We suspect a ghost has been messing with the space time continuum.

    Well... I've personally seen a Dark Lord collapse on itself, or the reminants there of. Only time that's ever happened to me.

    No natural light, temp controlled storage locker. Was stored upright in a styro wine shipper. Drink em while you can!
