    Back from a lovely long weekend in Seattle. Had some great beers. The standout is probably Boneyard Notorious 3xIPA.

    Anyway, 3 Floyds Behemoth with some aged cheddar, olives and cornichon tonight:

    Very nice Porter. Lots of chocolate with some caramel, coffee, toffee, and floral earthiness. No complaints at all really. Very easy to drink. BTW Dark Horse DATES now. DDD-YY on the neck. I can get finally get some fresh Crooked Tree!

    Damn nice red ale! Lots of well balanced hop complexity with a good malt backbone. Extremely well balanced.
