Old School mature 3 year old Barley wine. A beautifully conditioned big beer with lovely balance and slightly smoky malt flavours, not too sweet and deceptively strong.

Cask pour at the GBBF Winter.Copper colored pour, cloudy sparse head. Aroma is malty and fruity, notes of apple and plums. Taste doesn't stray too far from the aroma, caramel malts, nutty, fruity all with a gentel sweetness.
