Appearance- Initially pours very clear and golden straw in color. Pouring the yeast in really clouds it up- looks like two different beers. Little head. Tempted to give points for being weird... but no.
Smell- Earthy, doughy, and perhaps some orange rind. Weird, but in a good way.
Taste and Mouthfeel - Much the same as the smell. Tastes very much like a Kellerbier, but a pilsner- which makes sense since this is an unfiltered pilsner. Adding the yeast didn't seem to add to or hurt the flavor much in any way. Pretty solid as there are no apparent off-tastes, just weird ones. Could use just a bit more carbonation though.
Drinkability- I found this really easy to drink, and the oddness of it kept it interesting.
