Pours out to be a slightly hazed amber with a small white head. Hops are in full bloom here just as one would rightlfully expect from a McNeill beer. Some of the munchier notes of the malt bill come through on the check, but the hops do run the show. Even so, there is balance and it does work. Way way better than the Otter Creek Organic IPA. Certainly worth a pick up if you're down with the organic beer scene.
