On draft at Brewers in Tulip. Black with tan head, quickly dissipated and limited lacing. Sweetness of malt jumps out in the aroma with a touch of dark fruit. Taste follows the aroma with the sweetness, maybe a little more dark fruit in the taste and a good amount of balancing bitter. The sweetness up front is different from the bitter on the finish, but the bitter is not strong or lingering on the back of the tongue. Just a touch of warmth but no taste of alcohol. Very nice beer from I style I do not normally jump at.
