Glass: 5oz pilsner
Type: On-tap
Drank on tap at Brewer's Alley in Frederick, MD. Taken from notes:
Appearance: Copper-pumpkin in color, average lacing, little head.
Smell: Huge cocoa nibs on the nose with a side dish of lightly-toasted malts.
Taste: Same as aroma. Just. Beautiful.
Mouthfeel: Deep cocoa on the palate, dissipates quickly, so you need to taste several times to enjoy the chocolate flavor as it will not stick to the palate well.
Drinkability: Fantastic session beer and my first non-stout, non-porter chocolate beer.
