This is a different beer than the regular dark. On cask, with distinct vanilla bean added results in a bitter brown with sweet vanilla offset. Decent, drying finish. Vanilla is in aroma as well. A good change-up between the stouts and bitters available today at Volo Cask Fest 2007.
