This beer is brewed using green lentil, which is why it's called the "green pearl". The head was quite nice and exuberant, forming a little mountain above the glass; from the side, it reminded me of an apiary, with tiny regular bubbles. It lasted for the time I drank the bottle. The body is of a pale and slightly hazy golden color. The smell is quite enjoyable, showing subtle notes of vegetables with hints of anchoves (?). It seems that anchoves is what I usually smell in vegetable beers. The smell is round, reminding me of beans with olives, or maybe olive oil. Some fresh citrus there too. The taste is probably as enjoyable as the smell, and if this weren't enough, it is quite refreshing. As I know this is is a lentil beer, I can identify this aspect of the taste, but maybe I wouldn't have been able to, had I not known what this beer was. My dad had a sip, without knowing what it was, and didn't find it weird. That's a good sign. Some fresh herbal notes appear, with an enjoyable sweetness that makes this beer really good. Mouthfeel I found excellent, as it is very round and enjoyable, being neither too thick nor too heavy; lentil is kind of heavy, but the brewer balanced that heaviness brilliantly with fresh and sweet spring-like flavors and aromas. A great find!
