The head disappeared immediately on the golden color body. The smell is wheaty and yeasty, quite fresh and enjoyable. Some hints of bubble gum. I thought this was going to be a witbier, but it smell and tastes like a weizen. Be it a weizen then. The taste balances enjoyably the typical weizen flavors, banana, wheat, cloves and hints of bubble gum. Some spicy notes. No sour cream aspect as in some other weizen. Mouthfeel is almost floury at the first sip and is quite enjoyable all the time, although maybe a bit too much on the light side. Weird that the head is thin and dying so quickly. Otherwise an enjoyable beer. Maybe a bit too sweet and seltzer-like to be really drinkable though.
(I gave the taste a 4.5 to compensate the 2 I gave for the appearance. I thought it deserved better than 3.6 total, but the appearance was disappoiting for a weizen)
