Nice fine foamy and silky head , lasting on an orange copper color body that shows a high level of carbonation. The smell is fresh and quite grainy. The label says this beer is brewed with four different types of cereals. Weird for an "abbey beer". Oh, the label also mentioned honey. That's right. Grain and honey in the taste. A little bit of tart. Citrus, lemon juice. Quite unusual and interesting. Very light in the mouth, very drinkable. Refreshing. Not overly complex, but enjoyable. Maybe a bit too "grainy" for my taste.
