Les Brasseurs Du Sornin

Thick silky cushion of foam on an active dark mahogany color body. Malty and slightly creamy smell, with a pleasing sensation of fruitiness, and/but a bit dry like a Guinness.
The taste is quite enjoyable. Fruity (raspberries, and blackberries, with some sour cream and a hint of lemon), with a round maltiness, it also shows light notes of caramel and ends on more bitter notes of chocolate, but the whole thing is nicely balanced. The mouthfeel isn’t Guinness like, as the smell made me fear for a second. It’s a pretty good beer.
