Brown, quite dark. Yeast floating. Almost no foam.
In the smell the saracen corn is quite detectable. Malt, red fruit, berry fruit. Teast.
The taste is malty, quite sweet, with again saracen corn, and red fruit. A bit heavy.
Drinkable, but a bit annoying.

pours large tan head, bottle states best before end 2007.
nose is malty, maybe some hint of adjuncts as well.
taste is obviously malty as well, metallic and finishing a bit sweet, with hints of smoke or burnt malt. Further into the bottle, the beer does seem sweeter, and the metallic notes seem lessened.
overall, this is not a bad beer. I don't like metallic taste in my beer, but otherwise it is actually pretty decent once the aftertaste sits in your mouth a few minutes.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
