Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow-orange color with a white head. The aroma is grain and corn with some Belgian yeast mixed in. The flavor is better than the aroma. I get some assorted fruit notes - oranges and lemons - as well some some peppery notes. There is a little bit of grainy malt note and some biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

No freshness date carved. Nice and lasting white head and a deep golden beer underneeth without any haze. Nose is very citrusfuityfruity, rich honeynote and good maltyness. Full taste also though very well balanced giving malts, enjoyable sweet and not overdone, good and well dosed bitterness as can bes said of the alcohol and hard to believe this one has 8.5%. Very enjoyable and tasty blond beer that drinks just fine.

Brewery Visit - 24th April 2000.
Tried on draft in the Café, which is next to the Brewery, the Chez LPère Sarrasin. Limited Notes.
Le Pavé de lOurs, 8.5% ABV.
This is supposed to be a honey-beer, but was more of a sweetish wheat beer to be honest. Nice but a bit too sickly sweet, and the wheat beer character of this beer masks the delicate honey tastes too much for my liking.
