Had on tap at the brewery on 12/20/2915 in a 10oz tulip glass. 1 finger head that quickly disappears quickly. Dark Coco nibs, burnt coffee beans and cherry pie come through with a mellow back of palette hit of hops. This beer rounds out well from the four roses bourbon barrels.
