Pours a foggy straw color with two fingers of dense, white head. Head retention is good. Aroma is orange, papaya, tangerine, and mango with bready, earthy malts quickly forming behind. Tropical fruits are a glimpse, while the malts deliver the power and oomph. Flavor profile is orange, tangerine, mango, lemon grass, and black pepper over the top of bready, earthy malts. Tropical fruits are more of a soothing, sweetening force in the flavor profile as when compared to the aromatics. Mouth feel is a touch fizzy, giving it a crisp texture. It has a medium-thin consistency. Overall, citra hop notes are present and the main story line, but it comes off a touch harsh.
