Black colour, with a compact and brownish head.
The smell is bitter herbs, and somewhat balsamic. Chicory? Then liquorice and roasted coffee.
The taste is again of bitter herbs. Creamy taste, more bitter than the nose. Quite warm.
The aftertaste is clearly liquorice, with bitter notes (bitter orange peel?), and a light roasted.
Medium-light body.
