33cl bottle, best 9 09 10. Poured into tulip.
Pours a big fluffy white head that slowly settles into a cavernous foam topping. Pale golden clear liquid.
Smells somewhat spicy, coriander, spicy hops.
The taste is less exciting, mostly pilsner malt. A hint of apples, clover honey, and a bit of breadyness. Low bitterness, medium sweetness. A hint of spicy hops in the finish.
Medium mouthfeel, normal carbonation, and quite drinkable.

Old golden color, white head, quite compact, abundant and persistent. Typical breton carbonation, i.e. a lot.
Fresh malt in the smell, acacia honey, flowers and camomile, definitely. Fresh and pleasant.
Malt and honey in the taste too, well definite (maybe a little too much?); weaker notes of camomile and flowers, but it is still pleasant.
Typical exaggeratd carbonation.
Medium body.
In the aftertaste, beside the flowers, there is also some peppery, then dry flowers, and malt in the background. Not bad.
