Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2008.
Malloz Ruz could be translated in red curse.
Appearance : red/brown color, with tan foam head (not persistent, few medium bubbles).
Smell : hops and caramel aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : acid attack which succeeds a bittersweet body and caramel flavours.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style brown ale.

When we pour the beer into the glass the colour appears muddy, absolutely no foam is reachable. At the end this is quite ugly, no foam, and also with a bad color.
Smell hightlighs malty notes with the presence of saracen corn, fruit, carameland raisin. All these smells give to this beer a quite strong and intense feeling.
The taste is different from the smell: less intense, with saracen corn, light fruitiness and spices.
Light body.
The aftertaste is very shortand it has got again cereal note, fruitiness and spices.
Not bad, but quite strange beer.
