On the label there are two Brewers: Brasserie de Pouldreuzic and Brasserie An Alarc'h. I think this beer is somewhat a shared property.
The color is a very light straw-colored yellow, hazy at the second glass, for the yeast in the bottle. Scarce foam.
The smell is essentially citrus fruit (orange). Then lactic and acidic notes. Not exactly inviting. Some spices: pepper and orange peel. Maybe fennel?
In the mouth it is resolutely dry and prickly, with an absolut predominance of lemon. There is even some spicy (pepper and orange peel), but the lemony taste is very exaggerated.
Light body. In the aftertaste again the astringent lemony that covers all (under, it is perceptible some coriander and pepper).
An unusual blanche, indeed. It seems more like a lemonade.
