A - Poured out of the bottle a very dark brown colour with a little bit of beige head.
s - Initially just some chocolate roastiness. After letting it warm up for 5 minutes some slight cherry notes started coming through. After 10 minutes it was even better.
T - Very much like the smell. I know it sounds cliche but the chocolate and cherry notes do really blend well together after letting it warm for 10 to 15 minutes resulting in a decent black forest cake taste.
M - Like the regular Belgian Chocolate Stout, a bit too thin bodied for a stout.
D - An interesting beer, not something to drink all that often. Which I guess isn't possible anyway as it's only available at the cafe and not on a regular basis. I'm happy I tried it but probably wouldn't get it again.
