This is an odd one, pours withh very little carbonation, just like the st patricks best bottled, slightly creamy head forms but only with some aggressive pouring, body is a light amber
Smell, very fresh, apples some hint of pear, maybe bananas
Taste, wheaty and biscuity, dry and fruity. Really thirst quenching and very drinkable
I actually dont mind the very low carbonation, as any non german wheat i've had had been plagued by serious over carbonation problems
