I have no idea if the recipe changes from year to year, but I'll list the 2010 version on its own for now. This is a beer I've wanted to try. From a 600 ml bottle from sfoley333, on to the beer:

Dark brown color with good head retention and some lacing sticking to the glass. The nose is very toasty and doughy. So this is why they call beer liquid bread, right? I like it. I also liek the flavor just as much. Toasty malt at the begining, as time moves forward raisin and dough creep in more and more. The alcohol is silent, but after having Baden Baden Red Ale from these guys, I can trust them to bury alcohol to this extent. This is a tasty beer that is extremely drinkable for its size. Recommended without a doubt.
