Gose (Goes-uh) is a very, very old German beer style that has been gaining popularity stateside over the past few years. A traditional gose is a low alcohol, sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Our version is soured in the traditional way using Lactobacillus, but instead of coriander, we complement the salt with caramel and vanilla for a deliciously refreshing treat.
