Peach Berliner, brewed with freshly harvested peaches, is a light and refreshing version of a traditional Berliner Weisse known for it’s slightly sour and tart flavors. This beer is great on a hot summer day and has a perfectly dry finish to keep you wanting more.

Bottle.

A: Fairly strong dried peach aroma, light lacto sourness on the finish.

A: Golden color, totally clear with a moderate dense white uniform head that has adequate retention.

T: Peach flavor upfront that quickly gives way to a moderately light sourness. The lacto sourness is not overly complex, but mostly clean.

M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation.

O: Solid; the beer is refreshing and easy to drink with a prominent peach aroma and flavor, but lacks a complex lacto sourness.
