Soak in the sour. Imbibe in the hops. Drink in the sun! Introducing Sunbather, a session sour ale dry hopped with Citra hops. The result is refreshingly tart and juicy. It’s the perfect beer to enjoy while soaking up that California sun.

Enjoyed ice cold from a tap at Greenleaf Chopshop. Crisp and refreshing. It's one of the most accessible sour beers I have had. Minimal funk on the nose. Some sting of carbonation on the tongue. A hint of tart green apple and a hint of hops. Well balanced and clean. Not particularly "interesting" like some sours, but I could easily quaff 6 of these on a hot day. Will order a second when this one is complete.

Clear pale yellowish brew with adequate foam in the wine-style glass. Light body, spritzy, and sharp. Moderate sour taste. A slight hoppy aroma with an acidic whiff. Flavors of bitter greens and straw. Rather unpleasant bitterish, dishwatery aftertaste.
I guess there should be a category for these non-conformists. Here's a Pale Ale but soured. Not with wild yeast but kettle soured. It's a revolting Pale Ale, but not too bad as a lactobacillus-added concoction.

Taste true to how it is described: "A happy yet tart Kettle sour Pale Ale, brewed with a generous amount of hops."
Slightly sour, light, refreshing, drinkable, mostly forgettable. Better for drinking while enjoying an activity than sipping and dissecting on an intellectual level
