What do you do when you’re longing for the sights of a true winter wonderland but you live in a world of year-round sunny skies? Two words: potato flakes. We borrowed from the playbook of our movie-making brethren and added their favorite weather-faking delicacy to give Faux Snow a little extra body and just a hint of watching the snow fall by the fire.
This hazy white IPA is brewed with spruce tips and a hearty helping of Simcoe and Chinook hops, lending a fresh, piney aroma, a crisp bitterness and a wonderful fruit undertone. Now, who’s ready for winter?!
