Okay this would be worthy of some 3.25's, as a recent post that I don't necessarily agree with suggested ought to be available. The appearance is pale straw with a smallish head. I was debating on whether to enter this as an American wheat or a hefe weizen, but the clove aroma, gave it a little German character. The taste is rather mild with wheat and clove. If I could give it a 3.25 I would, but it's not a 3.5. The mouthfeel is light and a bit watery. I had this before samplers of an awful strawberry blonde and a average to below average blonde ale, so I would recommend this over either of those if you're looking for a lighter brew.
