Tis the season of summer and here come the hefes. Pours to a slightly hazy straw color with a foamy white head. The aroma is light and buttery. The first sip also brings out a light toasted buttery flavor with a very thin banana ester. The finish I heavily sweet and flooded with malt. All this supported by a round smooth body.
