Pint glass
A simple but enjoyable porter. It pours a deep dark mahogany brown. No head, just a small amount of bubbles at the top. Scents are subdued. A small amount of carob and molasses are prominent. A slight burnt malty scent hides in the background.
A very mild porter. Flavors are not bold but do commit them selves. Some sweet molasses starts it off. A nice malty carob is in the mix. The burnt coffee is very subdued but it provides some minor back bone to this porter. At the finish there is some dark fruits which are nice. No flavors assert themselves. They all combine for a nice easy to sip porter.
Mouthfeel is smooth and sensitive. There is nothing strong about it. A very easy going porter. Carbonation is minimal. A good simple beer. Easy on the palate and simply a good quality session porter.
