Dark amber color, with ruby edges. A lot of a creamy, sticky foam, beige in color. Good appearance.
Malty smell, and fruty, orange marmelade, hops and tea leaves. Maybe it can be defines as a mix between a belgian ale and an english ale.
Full, bodily taste. Maybe, just a very light soapy note.
Full body. Honey notes. Maybe it can be a less full, but it is still a very good and personal beer.
A good balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. Some bitter roots notes(rhubarb, almost liquorice).
Maybe a bit too carbonated, but anyway, very interesting.
