Swing top makes a quick "pop" sound and a slow gusher begins.
Pours a golden straw color with a fluffy white head (3 finger).
Nose; grassy, grainy, and a hint of citrus.
Taste; touch of citrus (lemon and lime) with a slick malt back, touch of grains and hay.
Mouthfeel; slick and strongly carbonated.
Overall; happily drinking these are they were some free "samples" but not worth the pricetag of typical Grado Plato or other Italian Craft beer prices. The Chocorubica on the other hand...
